Design of Festka Zero draws on classic steel frames, which were always constructed with lugs. We decided to use the same style of linking for our state of the art carbon frame. Its tubes are of traditional annular shape and all of them are oversized including an extreme width of the head tube which is 57 mm. In order to secure high stability and firmness, we have used 1.5 inch bearings in the head tube. The bottom bracket is PF30. The frame is compatible with electronic gear-shifting systems Di2 and EPS.
We tuned and harmonized geometry of the frame until we locked the right angles that provide tranquil lowland rides and easy mountain climbs. The effort we invested into development of the frame brought back exciting potential to change your present riding experience. Zero reacts as soon as you hit the pedals and its ability to accelerate is addictive. You will be taken by the way Zero is ready for smooth and safe motion change. Once you look down pass the bars and see the massive head tube you will understand what we mean when we say safe. Firmness does not compromise comfort at any terrain.
Unique zero degree axial fiber laying process gives the tubes high torsion stiffness and strength. 2 qualities that effect speed and mechanical resistance of your bike. We did not intend to construct an ultralight frame. Zero, at 1.300 grams, was designed from overlarge tubes and lugs in order to last. The frame is suitable for tall riders and will definitely satisfy your racing ambition and need for speed. We offer a variety of designs in our configurations as well as customization with our graphic designer.
